The Eccentric screw pump HD-E-SR in the industrial version transfers the advantages of the Drum pump for viscous media quite simply to the highly viscous range. The positive displacement pump has an easily detachable outer tube, a bearing head with mechanical seal and a free-running shaft with an eccentric screw as the pumping element – all easy to dismantle and clean. Due to the small outer diameter of the pump tube of max. 41 mm, viscous liquids up to 30,000 mPas can be filled. The Pump tube can be suitably combined with our electric or air motors. This ensures the emptying of the liquids and thus saves important resources.

* The maximum flow rate is a value determined by means of a test bench and measured with water at a medium temperature of approx. 20 °C. The measurement is carried out at the pressure joint of the pump, without hose, nozzle or flow meter. The achievable flow rate in use is lower and depends on the individual application, the liquid properties and the configuration of the pump. The max. delivery head also depends on the pump design, motor and fluid. The viscosity values are determined with oil.
